Public Witness For The Unborn

Prayer Vigils

There are many organized opportunities to pray and witness for life. However, anyone can pray and/or witness outside any abortion clinic at any time, as long as you do not violate the private property of the clinic. Please remember to be respectful of clinic personnel and of the police, as they are also God's children.

Every Saturday Morning, (the busiest time for abortion mills) we gather to pray the Rosary
From 7 to 8 at Planned Parenthood NE
Comly Rd. just south of Roosevelt Blvd.(across from Nabisco)

Material Help

"So will YOU support the child?" is a criticism often hears outside abortion mill protests. Women facing crisis pregnacies who choose life often have very real and immediate material needs - Sometimes thrown out of their homes, or deserted by their partners. Pro-life people DO provide material help. Here's how you can help:

The Pro-Life Union helps women choosing life, helping with housing, education, and starting a new life as a parent.

Crisis pregnancy centers provide some or all of these services, often free of charge, and they all rely on your support:
  • Pregnancy Tests
  • Personal & Family problem solving which allows you to earn maternity clothes, baby clothes, baby supplies and equipment
  • Adoption Counseling
  • Resources for housing during pregnancy
  • Assistance in obtaining medical care and information
  • Childbirth classes
  • Prenatal Education and Support
  • Resources to appropriate community and legal services
  • Long-term planning for you and your baby
  • New Mother's Classes
  • Support for breastfeeding, early care of infants and parenting
  • Help in finding vocational training or education
  • Compassionate support for special needs of:
    • Adoption
    • Illness
    • Miscarriage
    • Post Abortion
